What is Return? In retail industry, a product return is the process of a customer taking previously purchased merchandise back to the retailer, and in turn receiving a refund in the original form of payment, exchange for another item, or a store credit.
What is type of returns?
Returns can often be complicated and time-consuming. In order to make things simpler for you, we classify returns under two basic headings to take care of the return pickup on your own.
- Returns After Delivery: These are the normal return cases where the customer returns the product (against a pre-defined reason) to the seller. These deliveries are called Open Box Cases since the customer (in most of the cases) has opened the parcel before requesting a reverse pickup.
- Returns Before Delivery: It is the situation when the shipped goods are delivered back to the origin without the customer even receiving it.
This can happen in the following situations:
2 i. Non-availability of the customer at the shipping address
2ii. Customer cancels the order while it is still in transit (although in such cases, the courier still makes an attempt to deliver the product)
Return Requested: The customer wants to return product or not buy product till now. So, a return request is sent through Meskart portal and Email: email@example.com.
Return Approved: Returns are approved only in which cases when order will not deliver till date or product dispatch fake, wrong or damage. Price issues return not accepted after deliver.
Return Picked: The item has been picked up by the delivery boy from the customer.
Return Rejected: The return request has been rejected which could be due to any one of the many reasons i.e. Price, Loosing and Colours.

We will arrange for the replacement or refund. Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.
1. Customer can be cancel order within 1 day after place order.
2. Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.
3. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or an items not ordered by you, please contact on our customer care number (+91-9015888779) and email id firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.
5. MADHUKAR SPORTS PVT. LTD. retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification MADHUKAR SPORTS PVT. LTD. will either reship/replace the product to the customer.
6. In case product is defective or damaged then the MADHUKAR SPORTS PVT. LTD. team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.
7. In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.
8. Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
9. If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
10. All the Refunds, Replacement will be processed once the returns are received at our office.
11. We will refund payment within 3-7 Days and product replacement within (7-15 Days).
12. We will take bank transaction charge 3% only refunds payment.
